There are many various ways to write a resume and a cover letter. I have placed in the source box where you can source information to do this. It is difficult to answer the question not knowing what employment it is.

Most applications have a spot where you put something about what sets you apart from other applicants. That would be an excellent spot to put your punctuality and reliability. You should also try to make a point of that in your interview, should it go that far.

As an employer I am more concerned that a person communicates if they aren't on time, than telling me they are on time. Try this:

I am told I am an excellent communicator that values punctuality. I take pride in being an effective team-mate.

Something like that would catch my attention.

That you are punctual and very conscience.
(The last word may be spelled wrong). I am determine to do my best, just give me a chance.

Be on time for the interview, make eye contact and answer only the question that is asked.
