Hi.
IMO that's not worth upgrading, its all very outdated and will cost almost as much as buying a new PC.

I'm sorry to tell you this but you may find it cheaper to buy a new computer than upgrade. I kept my old Pentium III with ~356RAM and a 6.5G hard drive because I was told it was not cost effective to upgrade it.

I purchased a new Dell 3000. I watch the weekly ads, caught a sale at holiday time and paid $299, and got free shipping. It was to come with 256RAM but I paid extra to get 512 RAM and a 40G HD. It meets my needs.

Dell and HP are both good, but I've got to say I've found HP's support to be really good. Both sell refurbished equipment. Check their websites regularly and catch a one or two day sale.

To upgrade your pc that i think is costly. Purchase a new pc will be more cheaper.
If you still want to upgrade your pc, 128mb Ram to 512mb or even higher but your motherboard may not able to support. So, your need to upgrade your motherboard also. That's the reason i suggest to purchase new computer.
