I remember the day I found out. my brother told me and i was like a stingray killed him yeah right. and he was like no really. then i felt horriable. the animals have lost their best friend. he was such a great man. very kind hearted and loved life and lived it to the fullest. i always figured a croc would take him out when he was old and gray i never dreamed he would be taken away from us so soon. RIP steve. God BLESS the Irwin family. and i hope little bendy follows in daddys footsteps.

I always looked at Steve as a idol , not like other celebrities i think every one of them are fake except Steve and i thought that was really cool how he tryed to educate us to learn about wild life , he really cared so much for animals , he was a good guy its really sad that the good ones have go . I learn so much from him and it sucks because that is the only person that i ever wanted to meet .

Extremely sad. I grew up watching him on TV, I felt like I knew the guy. It was really depressing that he died. Sometimes, I find it hard to believe.

I felt strange, because I though nothing lika that would happen to the man who knows almost everything about animals. But I think his daughter is very cute and will one day became a star!

i felt sad and bad for his wife and children but glad, in a way, that he died doing one of the things he loved most, being with his animal friends

i felt really bummed cause it was such a sudden death. ppl expected him to be killed by an alligator or a shark but somethin like a stingray? no one could ever suspect. i feel really sorry for his family. his kids especially. i almost cried when i heard de news. all he did was to teach us bout all these wonderful creatures but sadly it was his time. MAY HE REST IN PEACE

I was very sad too. My mom told me that the crocodile man died and I knew who she was talking about. I hope his family is doing well.
