A hamburger pattie in chili (no beans), with cheese and onions on top. Usually served with a sliced up hamburger bun, but I won't touch that.

Other than any sugar (if any) that has been added to the chili, I would say yes, as long as there are no beans and no bread.

Many chili and BBQ sauces now have corn syrup as a main ingredient . (super high carb)
Check the ingredient list for the chili and see if high fructose corn syrup is listed . . .
