Women keep calling themselves having equal rights as men. I agree in the court room women get same rights. But is it the same ?

Do you think women have same rights as men in Public places, at home, at the office ...

Bill scarred Hilary, otherwise she might have a chance...but then her past is not too tidy either.

Legally, yes the rights are the same regardless of gender.

In practice, many people often find ways to treat women different from men -- either better or worse in different cases.

I'm an American woman and I actually think women have more rights than men--take VAWA for example. Men regularly get the hose when it comes to child custody cases.
