Sure but why would you want to do that? They are very expensive. Stay out of those tanning beds. You will be crying when you are 35 years old and look 55 with lots of wrinkles.

Yes they can, but they generally don't have any SPF so don't expect to get any sun protection from them.

I'd only do it if it says indoor/outdoor on it.
