Yes, sometimes when I go into my garage I think maybe there are some hit men with guns hiding in there. Then I see how fast I can unlock my doors, throw my stuff in the car, and back out, like I would have to run some people down as they were shooting at my car. I guess it's more of a fun thing to do at 5am than it is paranoia. I would be flattered if someone hired hit men to get me, lol.

Not paranoia. I am too lazy for that. Paranoia takes energy. You have to go on an all-out body alert kind of thing and look all around you and act scared - it is enough to drain you dry. But sometimes I do get the feeling that something is "off" and it sends a little red flag to my brain to be a little more vigilant. Something triggers my "keep your eyes open" impulse. I used to have anxiety, and then I cut back on how much coffee I drank and the anxiety became history. I am one of the lucky ones. My mood swings are diet-related. If I watch how much coffee I drink I am as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar, but if I have too much coffee I turn into a screaming idiot. And I become afraid of even the idea of being afraid.

I don't know if i would call it paranoia. But sometimes can be sitting still my work or just watching television and it starts to feel like my body is moving faster than what i'm thinking, although everything is fine i just get the weird feeling.

No, not really.
Why, do you know something I don't know? Are they coming after me now? What did you hear. Should I lock my doors and shut down my computer? Why can't you just tell me? why do you have to speak in riddles. . .
Look, I have to go, but I am sure you all know that, don't you! You all know everything and no one will tell me why they are coming for me.
