"We the People....provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty" are all from the preamble of the Consitution.
Specific rights (Religion, bear arms, assembly, voting rights, etc.) are contained in the Amendments (the 1st ten are known as the Bill of Rights)

There are no individual rights, as far as I know, in the Constitution. Those would be listed in the Bill of Rights.
