No offense to you kalmans and others like you, but you all need to stop relying on people on here to give you "misdiagnoses" for your potentially serious medical conditions! If you are truly worried, and by the way situation reads, you are, so you need to just suck it up and go to the ER.
So what if someone on here, says "Yes, your arm IS indeed broken". Are you just gonna sit in front of your computer, in pain and whine about it??

It sounds as if you have a pinched nerve. Do you have a cast on it? If so, the cast may be putting pressure on a bad place and causing this sensation. Sorry, to tell ya, but you do really need to go see the doctor--no way around it, my friend. Good luck.

I know you said not to go to the doctor, but seriously, you should. They will be able to tell you what is really wrong with your arm.
