Clanger Tax!!!

I think it is all the hot air that comes out of Blair himself that is causing global warming.

Cut down the emissions of the Mars Rover, for a start. Then, if manned missions go ahead, put a CO2 tax on NASA for each astronaut that lands there, say 1 billion bucks per astro per day ?

Venus is going to be a little more difficult to regulate, better start designing some super-efficient thermal insulating suits for the traffic wardens before we can deploy them there.

Yes, he's going to introduce air fuel tax on flying saucers emission testing of space buggies, and fines for any being putting out more than one bag of space dust every week.

They'll get off more lightly than us though - those little men are already green!

I haven't read anything to indicate this do you have any sites to verify this, but if so what are their findings? it would seem if they know the planets were heating up they would also have an idea of why?
