I think its crazy how these actresses and people have huge butts,but then,maybe they can afford it,lol,but i wanna know how to get a big butt the natural way,soo,if ya'll dont mind,could ya help me out a lil? My butt is 40 inches round,but thats only cuz my hips,i want a big butt though!! Thanks!!!

There are certain exercises that you can do to make your butt larger, rounder, and sexier. When you do the exercises make sure to do them very slowly, with no momentum involved.

I recommend doing the bridge and the glute kick backs. If either of the exercises are too easy then you can add weights. For the bridge put a weight on your lower belly, hips area. For the kick backs you can use ankle weights or hold a dumbbell behind your knee by pinching it with your leg between your calf and hamstring.
Do those exercises really slowly and focus on squeezing your buttocks tightly throughout the exercise. Do them at least a couple times a week.

Squats, lunges, stair climbing. I do these until I can hardly walk the next day. Then I take three days rest and when I can walk again I start over. Once you can handle half an hour of this stuff alone, add weights and keep going. You might lose some weight, but will have a better chance of keeping some back side!

Do some donkey kick exercises. Get on all fours and kick your leg out and upward. Do this daily. Your azz muscles will get toned and you will have a better rear view.

Or, just be happy with who you are

Simple.... sit on it!! People who sits a lot and dont get up for a single thing, do get their butts BIG.

wow lol, i actually want a smaller butt!
but i was told i had a big butt because i is on it a lot

but growing up on American food helps too!
