Im 13 weeks, and at the beginning of this week i thought that my morning sickness was starting to subside, but yesterday it was bad, it has never been this bad before. I haven't eaten in 2 days bc i don't have an appetiate and I can't keep anything down, I can't even keep liquids down. All i do is throw up every 5 mins. i'm throwing up and most of the time I don't have anything on my stomach so all i throw up is stomach acid. It is terrible and I starting to feel like I can't take this pregnancy any more. It is terrible, and feel like s***!!! I can't work, I can't do anything, i can't go nowhere bc I have to throw up all the time. I want a healthy baby but I'm scared it's going to be under weight bc i can't eat.

You need to go to the ER. I had the same thing happen to me at 14 weeks. I was so dehydrated that my heartrate was 147 and it was dangerous for me and my unborn. They can help you there and will give you liquids through an IV and probably phenergan as well and then make sure the baby is fine and get you a prescription.
You have to keep stuff down for the health of you and your baby.

I had vomiting for the first 30 wks and yes it is awful and at times i actually regretted getting pregnant and then felt guilty for thinking that way. best piece of advice I can give is this.. sip water, don't overload your stomach with anything that includes liquids and solids. Keep your sugar levels up by sucking lolly pops if you can and rest as much as possible, the more tired you are the worse it gets. And try not to let your stomach go empty, eat little and often, even if its a small piece of toast, what i used to do was cut a clice of toast into tiny peices and eat them slowly one at a time, for some weird reason it helps get the food into you! You will learn how to manage the sickness like I did. I feel so sorry for you, I couldn't even walk to work alone, I had to get my partner to take me for fear of throwing up on the street! I threw up everywhere!! Another thing I ate was soup, it helped because its not too heavy and its liquid so keeps you hydrated. I went to bed everynight at 7am because if I left it any later I threw up at 10pm. It truely is awful and only those who have been through it understand. Oh another thing to try is porridge in the morning, just a little bowl! try get it down you with lots of sugar! It works a treat but don't forget to nibble something 2 hours later or it will all come back up again! The trick is keeping on top of what you eat, you must eat every two hours, do not let your tum go hungry! And please do not worry about what you are eating and the health of the baby, when the sickness leaves, and i promise it will you will automatically start eating healthy, i'm 40 wks today, and threw up until 30wks on and off and my baby has been estimated a healthy 10lb'er! Just eat whatever you can keep down. Good luck, and hope this helps you. xx

It is normal. When i was pregnant with my daughter i was the exact same way i could not even drink water! it was horrible but it will subside after a while. i felt the same way like i couldnt handle it because the throwing up became so bad. always keep something in your mouth like gum or a mint as long as your mouth is moving your stomach is moving. if it gets too bad your doctor can prescribe some medicine that will help the sickness. they gave me some but i did not take it because i have trouble swallowing pills. lol

good luck hun and trust that this is what some of us women have to go threw sadly! your baby will be worth it and will be healthy. the baby is taking all of the food it wants then you are puking the rest out. so that little bundle is getting full first.

when i got pregnant i was 130 lbs i went all the way down to 109 lbs because i couldnt eat when my daughter was born 2 mths preemie i only weighed 140 lbs

Take Care this too shall pass!

If this is the first time you have been this sick, it is probably a stomach virus or food poisoning.
Or, if you have been sick all along, it could be hyperemesis (severe morning sickness). But usually it is getting better about this time, not worse.
Call your doctor or midwife.
Never go to the ER without calling them. You could wait around for hours and then be seen by a student who knows nothing about you.
Your doctor or midwife may want you to be admitted for hydration and medication. (To an OB floor, not the ER). Or they may want to see you in the office to assess you for dehydration, and try some medication first.
In the meantime, try one teaspoon of gingerale every 15 minutes. Try licking a Popsicle or Italian Ice.
This is an awful thing to go through, but you will make it.

Drink alot of fluids since you're having morning sickness and eat crackers, also ask ur dr what can be right for you to eat. Sometimes you do lose weight in pregnancy, I hope urs subsides very soon, it's miserable throwing up eww!! Goodluck!

It's possible you have stomach flu now, and not morning sickness. If it has been that long, you should call your doctor. There are things they can do to help you. If you are really sick, go the ER tonight. You need to get this stopped, or at least get some fluids in you. Being dehydrated is the worst thing you could do right now. SO call your doctor or go the ER, either way, you need to get this stopped. Good luck!! I feel for you!!!

Your baby is getting what it needs. If you're not able to keep down 25% of your food intake for the day, talk to your doctor just to make sure you're safe.

But yes, pregnancy is sort of this bad. Well, not every pregnancy, but I too had horrible morning sickness. You'll learn ways to get around it, but in the meantime you'll think you're dying. But it makes you stronger, trust me. You're about to do things during this pregnancy that you never thought you'd be able to do. You'll look back in a few weeks and think "man, I am so strong."

My first pregnancy was terrible and this one was too for the first 20 weeks. I have been off of work from doctor's orders with both pregnancies because I get so exhuasted.. I didn't get nauseated though.. but I have heard of women taht have acutally lost weight when pregnant due to what you are describing and had a healthy baby

Do you, or did you have a fever? maybe it's just a gastrointestinal virus. I think that you need to make a doctors appointment first thing tomorrow, your doctor can give you an anti nausea medication that is safe for the fetus. plus if you continue to vomit stomach bile for a total of 24 hours you need to go to the hospital for hydration purposes, be sure to tell them that you are pregnant.
Hope you feel better soon!
