That has happened to me many times! It is a bad thing! (Expecalliy if you are more developed than the rest) It simpilly means the guy is only into your boobs!

Well It Can Be Rude If That Is All He Looks At And Doesnt Pay Attention To You Just Him Likeing Your Boobs And Not You Is Bad......&& You Dont Want To Say Something And You Might Me Wrong Boys Do Have A Wondering Eye But They Might Not Be Looking At What You Think They Are

I'm sorry to say but that always happens. It even happens to me. You just get used to it. There is really no other way to let them know but just say "When I talk to people I like when they look me straight in the eye" most nice guys will start looking you in the eyes but the ones that don't there is nothing else but to tell them to stop looking.

that totally depends on what u like, if your into, let's just say, a "physical" relationship, then yeah that's great!
but if your NOT going for that, then it usually means the guy us shallow and just wants you for your boobs!
