When you guys go out, try choosing healthier resturaunts or possibly get into cooking organic, healthy meals, & encourage exercise, go for walks, jog together, do stuff that can keep both you guys fit. Telling your girlfriend she's getting fat won't help the situation, & you can wind up scarring her for life with such a comment. Be reasonable, you wouldn't want her saying that to you.

What do you mean by fat ?
Why would you want to even say something like that to her?
The only thing you will accomplish is her having low self esteem & a poor self imagine which will probably cause her to gain even more weight.
Why do you start cooking ? Cook healthier meals.
Take walks with her ,ect .
Now tell me something , how much do you weigh and how tall are you ??????

There are a few ways to do this. I recommend the narrowed eye and asking her if she's pregnant while staring at her midsection. If you want to keep her as a girlfriend you'll want to be a bit nicer about it. Just tell her you are concerned about her recent weight gain because you care about her and her health.
Being fat is exceptionally unhealthy. Even a few extra pounds increases your risk of everything from heart disease to some kinds of cancer. Not to mention diabetes! If you care about her and her health, not only will you tell her immediately that she is endangering herself, you will also help her take the extra pounds off in a loving and supporting manner.

If you wanna keep getting some under the sheets action, you shouldn't be telling her she's fat. Women are very sensitive to that subject. Maybe if you start going to the gym, or do calisthetics in front of her she'll get the hint.

You don't!!!!! If anything tell her that you think you are gaining and you want her to go with you to the gym for support. Or maybe suggest eating out somewhere a little more healthy, or go on dates that involve exercise like going to the park. NEVER EVER TELL HER SHE IS GETTING FAT!

You NEVER!! ever tell your girlfriend she is getting fat!! Well, I guess you can-- if you want her to dump you!
Actually, when you think about it, you could tell her that you are sick of going out to eat (if that's where you and your girlfriend go on dates) and that you want to start cooking or something like that. Or maybe tell her that you want to start exercising yourself and maybe she'll want to exercise with you.
But I still kinda think you shouldn't tell her at all.
OK?

Obviously, you can't straight out tell a woman she is getting fat. Start focusing more on fitness and nutrition in your life. Take her out for healthy meals. Invite her to exercise with you. Have calorie-burning sex more. ;)

Go on dates that don't center around food. Take up a sport together, or work out together. Take a class that teaches healthy cooking together. That way you can encourage her to get fit without hurting her feelings.

I don't think you need to be with her if her weight is a problem for you. If she loses weight to keep you she is a new fool. You should be supportive of whatever she looks like. if you don't like the extra cushion, then let her go now, let her be free from ignorance. Make the right choice and consider her feelings. if you don't you are a dog.

Don't tell her she's fat, unless you want to lose her. Encourage her to eat healthy and exercise. It'll help if you do the same first.
