I was wondering why I cant get my credit report

Have you gotten it in the past year?
If you've gotten one recently, it will not let you get another until a year has passed.

If you already received all THREE of your reports within the last 12 months, you'll have to wait (or pay the agencies for another one). If you aren't a US citizen, it won't work either. Sorry.

You can get one report from each bureau each year. Try getting one from another bureau if you already got one from the bureau you tried. Also, there is a phone number you can call on there to order it by mail. That is what my granny does. She doesn't trust this persnickety, new-fangled internet.

Did you already get it this past year? You are only allowed 1 a year.
They do a lot to verify your identity. Is it possible you got a question wrong?
