Well, I'd like to think it is because he is some how just playing along - I'd like to think he hasn't taken the side of people who have hurt his friends - and him so much. I'm also thinking maybe the others are not as happy as they seem. They don't like being there, but whoever is in charge is forcing them to stay. Now that Ben is out of commission people are starting to get antsy - and somehow Jack has discovered this - that not all the others are bad. Just a guess - I'm not the best theorist, but I have fun anyway. What do you think, by the way?
