I hated my last job, because management had no idea what they were doing & if you tried to offer a solution to a problem or wanted to try doing something a different way, you got told a million & one different useless reasons why that couldn't be done. The people I worked with were a pain in the a**. Of the 8 people I worked with directly, they were the following:
1/ Had several office affairs, even invited one to have dinner at her home with her husband & kids!!!
2/ Was an alcoholic who refused to admit she had a problem.
3/ Never stopped talking about herself.
4/ The biggest hypochondriac you've ever come across.
5/ This one screamed she was poor, then used to come in the next week saying she'd spent $500 on some item she didn't really need.
6/ & 7/ Spent too much time outside the office, gossiping, smoking & drinking coffee.
Finally...8/ Spent too much time on the phone with her family & friends & browsing the net.

For the record, I no longer hate my job. Looooovvvvvvvve It!!!!
I worked for 9 1/2 years at a job that did nothing but drain my energy. I found no reward except monetary. Don't get me wrong, money is nice. It is by no means everything.
I never hated the people I worked with. I did pay too much attention to what they were'nt doing. When you focus on your accomplishments and what your responsibilities are, employment goes much smoother.
Jesus tells an amazing story regarding the attitude we should have towards work. Matthew 20:1 thru 16 "The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard".
When you compare what you do and receive for your effort to others. You will always be disappointed. Nothing is owed to us. We need to be greatful to the blessings we receive.

I will tell you about my job before this one. It was close to home and comfortable. It was not a job to get me through college, but a job to keep a roof over my head and food on the table.
It was a small widget factory, 6 miles from home. 9 hour days and every other Friday off.
My boss, M, was a sneaky ****** who would snoop in my office on my days off.
My other boss, A, was an idiot bureaucrat who felt he had to talk to line bosses in order to communicate with me.
Politics, gossip and bad staffing. I went online for a coworker to look for a job for her husband. I found my current job, which I love.
I say all that to say:
First, you aren't supposed to like you college jobs. If you did, you would get comfortable with the paychecks and drop out of school. I'm sure you've seen this happen. Better things await you.
Second, you have to kiss a lot of frogs to get a prince. Your warm and fuzzy awaits you after you get your paper.
