my friend hates my cousin who she was friends w/ now she is telling my parents is on drugs. i want his parents to know, they'll send him to a rehab. i dont think it shoudl happen through my parents i dont see why it shoudl theyre not close w his parents or anything . i feel like they are MY parents should i just say "yeah, go ahead" or "no, theyre my parents" i can have them not believe her if i tell them that she is lying as revenge. i'd rather her tell my cousin's parents what to do?

This is simple.
If your cousin is in "on drugs," then he needs to get treatment anyways. Let it happen.
If he isn't, his parents will find out that he isn't, and your spiteful friend will get what she deserves. Again, let it happen.
Either way, you don't need to do anything. Let it happen, keep your nose out of it, and you don't risk getting pulled into this drama.
