If you have a miscarriage you will know it. 95% of miscarriages come with cramping and bleeding.
I didn't really feel pregnant until I was about 15 weeks

I do know your feelings right now! I felt the same way, but calm down. Usually and most of the time you do not feel the baby until 20 or more weeks, and then its just like little butterfies in your tummy. Its not until you get into second and last trimester that you will feel and see your tummy move, you will be able to actually see feet and butt, and head. It also depends on your body frame, and if its going to be a boy, or girl. Women who are pregnant with girls, usually don't show a whole lot in the belly, its wide hips and belly is just like a little basketball. Now with boys, its a beach ball LOL. but you cannot tell from behind that your pregnant if its a boy, this was told to me by an old Indian secret. And it was true I had both boys and he guessed them just by the way I was carrying them. If something does go wrong. ( God forbid) your body will start rejecting the fetus, you will start running a fever, and you might bleed some. But don't worry, its not good for the baby or you! Just pray and trust in God, he is the one that has given you this precious gift, enjoy every minute of your pregnancy. Don't be afraid. Be happy , and calm down darling. Its scary but you will do fine.

You are just barley starting your second trimester. It's perfectly normal to feel good. I never had morning sickness and at this stage of your pregnancy, first time moms usually don't show for several more weeks. As long as you are seeing a doctor and getting regular checkups you should have nothing to worry about. Please don't think that no feeling is a bad feeling. Your baby at this stage is still around the size of a peanut. Most of your weight gain won't be till your last trimester. Enjoy feeling comfortable while you still can....believe me towards the end you're going to have a hard time remembering what it was like to not be pregnant anymore!

You are coming into the second trimester. This is the time that I felt best. Not too tired (like first trimester) and not feeling big as a house and uncoordinated (like third trimester). keep track of when you first feel the baby move. Mine were like little butterflies. This is approx. at 20 weeks. I know its hard to wait when nothing much is happening. Use this time to get ready for the baby. Good Luck.

Just relax .. I'm sure bub's is fine..
The first movements, or flutters, will usually begin around 16 weeks.
This is often the first tangible sense of pregnancy, at least the actual presence of a baby, as "the physical reality of feeling a living being moving inside you"

I remember when i was heavily pregnant with one of mine, i used to wake with a fright each morning that i hadn't felt the baby move, id lay there with my hands on my belly, as soon as it did, it made me feel secure knowing it was ok in there..i think its a normal feeling to worry about it... :) congrats and wishing you luck.

Stop worrying. At 13 weeks I was projectile vomiting across my living room from the morning sickness, so I ENVY you, believe me.

It's normal that you worry that the baby has died, but try not to worry yourself to death. It isn't good for you, or the baby in your belly (who I'm sure is alive, by the way).

Just stay calm. Soon you'll be able to hear the heartbeat at the doc's office with each appointment, and that will help ease your fears.

just because you feel good doesnt mean your baby died. I didnt have morning sickness with my first baby. and you cant feel the baby move until 4 months at the earliest, and you wont show until then or 3 months maybe. Your fine im sure unless you had cramps or bleeding. just take care of yourself and be thankful you feel so good cause when your 8 months preggo, you will wish you weren't showing and that you felt better lol

The risk of miscarriage dropped at 12 weeks so you can really stop worrying.

I am 13 weeks also, and I feel terrible so you are so lucky that you feel good.

Your baby is fine so just try to relax and enjoy not throwing up.

it may still be to early to feel movements. I didn't start to show with my first till almost 24 weeks. IF your really worried call your OB. They may tell you your fine or come in and check the babies heart beat.
