Push up bras give "a look". They are nice for low cut tops or dresses that are meant to enhance your cleavage. Your size really doesn't matter too much. A B-cup can benefit as well as a D-cup. To wear one under a big baggy sweatshirt kind of defeats the purpose, unless your just looking to "perk" them up a bit.

they are normally used to enhance smaller chests, but yes, bigger girls can wear them too, to give a little boost or enhance cleavage (think Christina Aguilera) and basically make what you have look even better. Afterall, it is cheaper and safer than breast enlargement/augmentation.

Yes and they do definitely, because women with smaller chests use them to create volume and cleavage and women with larger chests use them to keep them up high where they look best, and dont sit naturally because of gravity.

alot of older women wear them to defy gravity! Put 'em back up where the used to be. (and you can were them even if you are bigger in the chest, it's what you were over it that makes it look slutty or not.)
