No, it isn't. You have less than 2 years of experience and they probably had a pool of applicants with more experience. Instead of crying discrimination, ask them politely what you can do to strengthen your application. If you ask in a non confrontational way, you might get some information from them that will help you in the future.

You cannot immediately assume that because they did not hire you that they are being discriminant. They probably had many more applicants with more experience than you had that they found would be more suited for the job. Most sompanies do like to recruit internally rather than going through agencies or hiring an outsider so just because you did not get it does not mean it's discrimination. You are probably not as suited for the job as someone else they chose.

Discrimination against what exactly?
Are you using this as an excuse for a lack of skill and experience?

Discrimination based on what? What company did you work for and what did you do? Many employers require a degree or some kind of training. Do you have it? Are you applying for a different job within the same company you currently work for? I need more details.

Unless you have hard proof that they have ever discrimated against you, that is presumptuous and not very bright... Maybe that is why they rejected you??
Also add jumping to conclusions.
Maybe you don't have the personality, attitude or work ethic they are looking for. Nobody has to hire you or keep you on their payroll.
