I'm making it out of steel. I already made the base but I don't know how to make sheet metal into a football. Any ideas?

You better hope the NFL doesn't hear about that. Those trophys are copyrighted works and you could get in serious trouble if you are not authorized to deal with anything with the NFL without there written consent. But anyway, Have Fun!

take a real football and use the material your going to make the trophy out of and make a mold of it.

use a old football cut and forn the metal in the football to take shape. c how that works

you can wrap a real football in aluminum
