Than the first 3 seconds after you stub your toe?

yep, this is kind gross, and pain full to read, so if you have a week stomach then turn away:
couple of yrs. ago after my wife had our 3rd kid, we decided that maybe i should "get fixed", i must say that the weeks leading up to the surgery were some of the scariest and long days of my life. but everything went great it only took like 5 min(operation, not sex) the doctor told me to take it easy for a week or so then resume normal work routine. i felt great, no pain or anything, but after 3 days walking around the house i was starting to go crazy, so on day 4 i decided to go to the woods and cut a little fire wood{now we are getting to the pain}
the day went fine, no pain no aches or anything. However the next morning i was a little sore and as the day went on it got worse, well by evening my nuts we swollen to the size of grapefruit and walking was some of the worse pain i ever felt (broken fingers, toes, kidney stones{twice}, kidney infection, bad back, 2nd degree burns (3 or 4 times) broken leg, 5 concussions, trust me i know pain) so it was defiantly time to go to outpatients. as hard as the weeks leading up to the surgery were, i think it was harder explain my huge painful nuts to the attractive nurse on call.
well it turns out that the sweat caused a infection, so some strong antibiotics and a week on the couch i was good to go again, this time i staid off work as long as the doctor told me to.
i better win 10 points for that!

I just got a tatoo recently and it didnt hurt nearly as much as a stubbed toe

I did that today, I also managed to poke myself in the eye with a folded piece of paper - on balance that one hurt more.
So the answer is yes.
I would imagine there are many other things much more painful but I have never experienced any myself and hope to keep it that way.

Maybe getting salt in a paper cut wound...but yeah, stubbing your toe hurts!!!

OUCH! No I don't think there is. I've stubbed my toe many a time and felt like I was gonna pass out. As a matter of fact I stubbed it so bad one time, that I nearly did pass out. I wonder why its so painful.....

i would say that getting shot would im my mind by alot more painful that stubbing your toe

Yes! A root canal without anesthetic. They used to do that sort of thing in Eastern Europe, and I was an unfortunate victim of my crazy dentist!
