Actually it isn't...well kind of. Have you heard of Paypal? I don't know much about it (i am just a kid!) but you put money into it (kind of like a bank) and then you can buy things with out paying right then..it just takes money out of your paypal account!

I just saw on channel 10 tonight that several on line stores now have a ''pay later option''. I tried to find it and include the web-site with this, but could not find it. I will look again though!

Not in all cases. Some allow money orders.
