It's about this guy whose family is killed by a robber. His dad was a cop and taught him a lot about guns and mechanical stuff. When the guys trial came he was let off with a year in prison. Seeing that justice was not going to give him revenge he became a vigalante and created a gang that took up were justice left off. Tell me what you think of the plot so far in your answear.

The cops son is the main character. He is the on who starts the gang. I also need a name for the gang.

Hmmm... sounds like a good book, make sure I know about it when it gets published ^^
Here are some ideas I came up with...
A Revenge So Sweet
Memoirs of a Vigilante
Where Justice Left Off
The Life of an Avenger
The Avenger
Cop's Son
Good Luck!

The plot is kind of thin - a year in jail for murder of a whole family? That's kind of unlikely. Cases like that tend to be high profile and judges go for maximum sentences because emotions run high and judges have to consider re election. Who would vote for a judge if he let a guy off with a year for whacking a whole family - a cop's family no less? Nobody. And in fact, the PBA would call for his resignation. Rethink your plot a little. Maybe he just kills one member of the family during a robbery and cops a plea for 5 - 10 for involuntary manslaughter with time off for good behavior and he gets out in 3. As most here know, I write crime fiction.
Hmm.. Here is an excellent example of where research is a writer's best friend. I would research similar cases and also local laws and see what kind of a sentence the person might be likely to get. You would also have to do a lot of research about weaponry and this "mechanical stuff"" the kid learns. Please realize - most authors spend more time doing research than they do putting words on paper. I sure know I do.
Also, if you intend to write books, please do us the favor of using proper English here. Show us that you are capable of writing.
The plot could work though. How about Revenge is Sweet or give the book the name of the gang ... Or maybe "And Justice for Some"...
Incidently - for Luminous - titles cannot be copyrighted. Several books have the same titles. Just check Barnes and Noble to see that. Titles are up for grabs, but I would never use one already used. Just some thoughts. C.

First, I like the plot. I'm not really big on crime mystery or drama (I'm more into historic novels or paranormal books), but I have a thought. Use the story about the family as the prologue, name the gang (Dark Vigilance or something equally elusive) and name the book after the gang. This way you leave the book open for books about other members of the gang. Use the name of the main character of that particular book as the subtitle like: Luke's Vengeance.

I like the plot, and I think you should take it closer to home and give it a personal Tittle. Dont use words that would give the plot away, provide a Tittle that will give an idea to the reader what they will be reading, but at the same time push it off track... Why? when someone reads the tittle from a book, it gives them an image and the picture what the book is about. But when you provide a tittle that doest directly describe what the book is about, and that will give it a twist of mistery.... and make it more interesting.
you as the author think of an event that is poignat in your book , and give it a tittle. For example the book that I'm writing is about a woman that had a troubling childhood and grew up to be a psychopath, she mudered everyone who got in her way. But she blaimed her mother for the monster that she had become, because of the abuse at home she suffered from Intermittent Explosive Desorder. The tittle of my Book is "Victim of Brutality"
why cause Marana blaimed her mother and the world for its cruelty. she was the "Victim of Brutality".
So think about it!!!!!!!
hope it was of any help.....
later...
