It would probably be painful considering the ligaments and such needed to flex the wrist. I suggest a doctor and xrays to determine if it is fractured, but yes you would ba able to move it.

Sure why not, it can be moved after applying (POP) Plaster of Paris.

You may require surgery depending on nature of # (fracture).

Yes you can, it would be painful, but it is still possible to break a bone and be able to use the limb

maybbe the hand up and down but will hurt
definately not side to side
