call and say you're some company and that you want to find out what kind of worker you were. sounds crazy but you'll get a few answers (like hi I'm so and so from mcdonalds and a former employee of yours applied here and I would like to know what kind of worker they were- don't use your real name when you call them)

Get a friend to call them up, posing as a potential employer???

Ask, or ask your interviewer what was said. If the interviewer doesn't mention anything at your 2nd interview, then most likely they didn't say anything bad.
