Hello! I am working on this 7th grade project and I need to find a type of lab for my science class to do. We each get a subject and "teach" the class for a week. Any ideas I would love. Keep it appropiate please. :)

A lab on the endocrine system? Without the ability to give subjects drugs or take blood samples, that's kinda hard.
The best one I can think of involves adrenaline, and it's effect on heart rate.
Get the class to sit still for a couple of minutes, and then measure they're heart rate. Then get them to maybe, watch a scene from a scary movie. Then measure they're heart rate again.
You could also get the people to say how scared they were (not scared, kinda scared, very scared), then look at the increase in heart rate from when they were sitting still to after they watched the movie.
This wouldn't PROVE that adrenaline did anything, but we know that it plays a bit part in that fright response.
