she probably wont be touring til later this year or 2008 so as far as I know, no but if something comes up and they annnounce something about a concert in philly. I'll post it on this site: www.xanga.com/crazy_and_insane02 I'm an avril obsessed Freak so i would find out. So no for now. ;)
