yes, they are undermining the troops, and are totally un-necessary, and congress is on the edge of partisan treason.... as well as most of the dem. party......

non binding resolutions are nothing more than politics from people that want to take a stand, but wont because of the re-election factor later on.

neither answer is viable in my opinion. Im sorry, but battle hardened troops have hearts big enough to overcome any of the politics involved with this.

The anti-war efforts of anyone have nothing to do with the people actually fighting the war. Why would it? When you hear stuff like that it's propaganda put out by the people who want the war attempting to use guilt to achieve their end.
