i searched for lantern frame for a) and it came up with a luminary lantern frame thats pretty cheap.
for b) i searched for lamp holder and it came up with a few snap-on ones.
c) i couldn't figure out how to search for it but my brother did and he said that there are a couple things he found when he typed in the right keywords. however, hes in a mischevious mood so he wont tell me the keywords =(

Umm I think either Sams Club or Costco has it. But you have to have a membership at Costco. Hope I helped!
