I know of someone that ordered seeds from Holland , and came in a regular letter . I guess this could be illegal depending on the country they are received in.

Hemp seeds are sold in every fishing shop so it must be legal.

YES, its illegal.... but so are online pharmacies and they seem to be doing just fine.
