I have the sims 2 and the sims 2 pets. I really want the new expantion pack that came out called Seasons. Well is there a limit to how many expantions you can have because i had the sims 2 university and it was making the whole game go really slow. Does anyone have the sims 2 seasons? If you do can you tell me if it affected your game and made it slower? I'm afraid of wasting money on a new game and having to take it off because it makes the whole game really slow. Also i've even tryed taking alot of programs off my computer but it didn't help any. Does anyone have some advice?

If your computer can handle it, you can run all the extensions at the same time. However, judging from what you experienced with "universities", your computer apparently can't.
You need either more memory, or a faster processor, or both - but most likely, it's just the memory. Upgrade your computer - you can take it to the store and they'll do it for you. Memory is usually not that expensive.

if you have a lot of memory in your omputer then it will be the same, before you start palying the game end all of the programs and if you can shut of the internet on your computer till your done playing sims then put it back on .
i do this all the time and my game goes wayy faster!

we had to buy extra memory for our computer to run sims 2 seasons.. well wroth it though its alot of fun!
