by not paying this, will my drivers license be affected in any way?

I would not play around with this, Yes the dmv will pursue you on this and it could wind up with a license suspension if you continue to not pay the fine.

YES! Here if you blow by a toll booth without paying the toll you receive a notice in the mail to pay within 48hrs with no penalty.If you choose to ignore this they turn you over to the Police Department for theft,and points and a fine are assessed against your license.

you might not be able to renew your drivers license or renew your registration for the car when it is due..just pay the fine and dont run tolls

If you can prove someone else was driving, you can avoid paying the ticket or having your license affected. If you can't, your stuck with the citation.
