Never, never, NEVER give money to people you don't know, especially over the internet. 95% of the time it's a scam, and the other 5% are usually internet panhandlers.

If you have money to burn, then give it to an accredited and proven charity, not to a crook.

It's a scam...I've seen these before. She's not really stuck in a hotel, she just wants you to send money. And possibly more money.

Do you know her? I wouldn't send that much money to someone unless it was someone I knew, loved and trusted. Even then I would have to think hard about it!

if you do not know her do not send anything...and she probably wants you to send it to western union,which means if she is stuck in the hotel how would she get to the western union office....don't fall for this
