Simple enough most men love to have a "friend with benifits"
just tell them that you are not really looking for a relationship but you realize that you both have needs. therfore as long as their are a few ground rules for what you both expect of the other the "benifits" can be rewarding. Come up with a signal for when you are in the mood. I had a friend once and when she would come over with Disney movie My roomates would leave so we could be alone. "Gotta Love that Disney"

What kind of Benefits,all holidays off,time and a half on Saturdays,and Triple time on Sundays,100% Health care,plus optical,and Dental.

Be open and honest. Kiss them out of the blue, that is the best way to find out if they like you or not.
