Are there any good elapsed time teaching tools?

Question

My 9 year old is having a great deal of difficulty with elapsed time (i.e if it is 9:10 now what would it be 1 hour and 12 minutes from now etc)

does anyone know of freeware that i could download that would encourage her to learn by playing a game?

try a broken clock or clock with no battery. and have them move the arms around, while counting the hours and minutes. worked great for me when i was learning.
