what happens when a siamese twin dies with seperate organs ...ie the hensel twins in us?

I think they would both die.If they haddent been seperated yet there must be some reason why they couldn't be.

siamese twins have at least one organ of their body shared with each other(including skin).so if one dies the shared body organ also dies along with the other siamese person.

One could survive..but it will take a good surgeons knowlege to decide.

then i presume they would remove the dead twin to give the other more chance
