depends on the person and the observer i have many piercings and my partner loves them all loves the way i look with or without them however it the individual some people look hotter with a facial piercing and some look nasty it really up to whomever happens to be looking at them

Hot, but as with anything.. too much is a bad thing. I think the hottest piercing of a guy is the ears, or lip. Anything not on the face is so not cool.
