I am having trouble with my printer. When I print from e-mail, the printer shrinks the size of the print. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening and how to fix it??

If its ONLY with the email , software , then verify the fonts use for print and also when you click PRINT , theres a properties windows , go into it and verify that setting are the way you it. Now it could also be the printer driver , for that you need to unistall the printer and re-install it again

My email prints the same way.
I've checked every option and can't
fix the problem.

So - I right click the message.
I click on "copy."
Then I "paste" onto a blank text
page on my desktop.
Then I print the text page and I get
the message in larger type (12 or up)

Just have to print where it say's printable view.And make sure you set your page set up.
