I got married with the lady that i love, but all of a suden, I noticed that there is no compatibility between me & her, we are in disagreement most of the time. We have a one year old daughter. I am thinking of a devorce. So, my question what is better for our daughter, getting devorce and having the kid with one of us (in our country law, the mother get the custody of the kid until the kid reach 7 years old, and then the custody shift to the father) or live together and having the kid witnessing our fights?

Sweetie,
Why so quick to jump to divorce?

Forget pride, and do something sweet for her, completely out of the blue.

Talk to her, please.

Try it at least, love.
What can it hurt?

That depends on what you are fighting about. Is there no compromise or any way to solve the issues. If you are not able to solve these problems then I say its probably best to split, but have you tried every possible solution. SOmetimes divorce can be very hard on a child. Give it one last chance try to connect and find out the root of the problem. Then if that doesn't work atleast you can say you tried. then you need to make things as easy as possible for the childs' sake. hopefully you will agree on those issues that surround the child.

a lot of married couples argue all the time
over sh!t
petty if you ask me
what are you two fighting about???
can you come to some sort of comprise for your daughters sake
and hey not everyone is the same - if we all were LIFE would be boring
talk about it - preferably when your daughter is not around so you two can get everything off your chest and out in the open
and for your daughters sake - I hope it does work out
after all you married her for a good reason in the first place

If I were you, I would go to marriage counseling to try to save your marriage. You have to give counseling a try before you think of divorce. From what you are saying, you do love your wife and you have a little daughter, so it is imperative that you try to save your marriage and find out through counseling why you are both fighting. There is a reason why this is happening, so to resolve this, counseling is in order.

You fell in love with smething about this woman...I think you both need to focus on that and rekinddle this love for one another...coming from a father who left a woman he had 2 kids with....take time out for one another and get it back to the way things were...esier said than done I know, but you Loved this woman enough to have a kid with so work on it...learn how to fight with one another and set ground rules for them so they dont get out of hand especially around the kiddo...good luck!!!!!

How about fixing the problem and getting some counselling so your daughter can have a happy home with two parents?

you guys should try to work things out you can't jsut run off when things get tough. relationships are about compromise. it takes 2 to tango don't blame it all on her or yourself talk about your problems first agree that you need to talk without fighting listen to each other without getting mad and when you start getting mad go to a different room to cool down befor it starts a fight same for her. it is not good for your little girl to see you guys fighting all the time though. i hope it works out fo ryou good luck

If you WERE to divorce, which is NOT a good idea, dont let the child know and still live in the same house, but not in the same room.
