I procrastinate some, and I try to not do it all the time, but it's OK to leave something off for a little while because some stress is actually good for you and procrastinating increases stress some. I wouldn't procrastinate if you have a lot to do though, because then you will just get burnt out from too much stress and not be able to finish what you procrastinated for.

I am procrastinating right now. I am supposed to be working on an MA thesis right now. I have procrastinated for the past 3 years? What difference does another hour make?

... but I know that this is a really bad way.

Hahahahahaha....ahhh I love this question

Anyways, sometimes I do, but it depends on what's important and urgent. I usually don't procrastinate in a big way; in other words, I do stuff for a bit, take some time off, and then procrastinate. Sometimes, procrastination helps having a fresh sense of knowledge, especially for tests.

"Why put off til tomorrow what you can do today?"
Personally, I'm with the "Why do today what you can put off til tomorrow" generation.

Just so long as you get it done and done right, who cares?
