AAA offers the best discounts on tickets.
You could just apply for a job there though (then they are free!)

It really depends on how many days you want like:
http://www.discountorlandovacation.com/ - is the best if the 7 day hopper is what you want. ticketmania.com has great prices too. Ticketmomma.com is best for 3 - 6 days and dwtickets.com is great when all else fails. In many cases Disney.com is only a few dollars more. There really isn't a deep discount on tickets. Most sites "trick" you by not including the taxes and shipping in their total cost.

AAA offers the best ticket discounts, but a membership with them is required. You can also find discounts (but small ones) at your local Disney Stores. I do not recommend Ebay (can be risky) or any timeshare presentation.

Look for coupons. Coke used to have a thing where their cans could be used for discounts.
