Most likely non legit. They want you to send them money, so they can drain your account and get your identitidy...you might recieve the $10,000 but that's only so they can make sure you have an account which they can drain. Also, most banks close down your account and you may even have to go to court if your bank suspects fraudulent checks.

let's see ... they need 6 people to send in 1800 to be able to pay the person that signed up yesterday ... they need 36 people tomorrow to cover the 6 that signed today ... in 13 days they will have enrolled everyone in the world ... except that there is noone more to provide the cash for day12's people.

can you say Scam? yes, you can.. and, yes, it is, and Nooooo do not send them a dime..
I always tell people who tell me that kind of thing, Take it out of my winnings.. LOL. Oh, but, we can't do THAT.. and I say, well I can't send YOU a cent..
Oh, for 1800, I'd send you a check for that amount, as well, buttttt, it'd be so darned rubbery, it'd hurt ya, when ya tried to cash it, and I'd be laughing, down in Mexico, or up in Canada..
