'Time' magazine is doing a cover story on how conservative values and policies have faded in American politics?

Which of the presidential candidates benefit from that?

I say Fred Thompson -- who can stand out as a recognizable, Reagan conservative.

Fred Thompson is a true conservative, unlike the other candidates. He has a very good chance of winning the nomination.

Conservatism has woven itself into our political system, and has made huge leaps of being accepted.

Actually, the moderates are the ones that benifit from the weakening of the reactionary radical right. Notice how the Rep front runners are McCain and Rudy, both moderates.

The ultimate benefactor will be a liberal democrat, as time is diffenately liberal biased, so maybe Hillary, or Obama
