Is there a site where I can find a record of bills or things like that from vice presidents or presidents. Like if I wanted to find out what kind of things President Bush or Al Gore have tried to do about a certain issue. Any help is appreciated!

There are plenty of places to read the spin various writers have said about both, the difficulty comes from separating fact from opinion.

To find out what Gore has tried to do, you should read his books. For Bush, you should research the bills he has signed both as governor of Texas and and president of the USA.
