when i click on someone's profile and it says:
oops this information is not available?

It may mean that the My Profile page is indeed, not available at the moment (a server problem or the person is currently adjusting his data). In that case it will reappear later.
But if this is not happening then, sadly, we must assume that the person's account has been deleted.
(Its a funny feeling: I was trying to find one of my favourite askers account just yesterday and all I got was OOPS. It must have happened two weeks ago when all her questions suddenly went for voting. One only has to wonder: she was one of the gentlest souls on PS ... (and I got violated for a smile :))) the other day) Go figure.
Back to the question. What it cannot mean is that the person has somehow made his account private. It is just not possible. The My Profile page is always seen by all people, so are your questions and stats. You can only choose if people can send you mails, sms and see your 360 page.

It means that the Yahoo servers are having trouble keeping up with the demand. In a rare case, the user could have deleted their profile before you had a chance to click on it.

Probably that the person whose profile you're checking out has made a choice not to have their information available to viewers.

it could be because the person's profile is not available anymore like the account has been canceled. or probably it's in the setting, you know when you choose to not let anyone see your profile and it displays that. or best thing, go to HELP and ask your question.

It means that the persons profile you clicked in isn't important enough to look at!!

I've never had that happen. Maybe the person hasn't done a profile.

usually because they set their profile on private or they are no longer a member

I think it means the server is either down or messing around.
