You know after a miscarriage, you ovulate right away. It is more likely for you to get pregnant right after a miscarriage than at any other time. I got pregnant right after a miscarriage and so far carrying a healthy little boy. GOOD LUCK!

You could definitely be pregnant again. You are acutally more fertile after a miscarriage due to raised progesterone levels.

However, your hormones will be all over the place at the moment, which could account for all the symptoms you are having. Different women get different symptoms at different times, but it does seem very early to having such a wide range of symptoms. Food cravings and looking pregnant don't tend to come until much later.

Do another test in a few days and good luck.
