how do you design a myspace layout by skratch (design it yourself with what you want on it)

Learn HTML. But here's a tip : myspace has really messy code, and won't really let you edit it easily. I'd just get a different website and manage it myself.
Myspace pages take forever to load because everything is on the same page (pictures, music, etc...)
It's best to have a real website with several pages.

AND THEN USE THE WEBSITE GENARATORS THINGS TO MAKE IT INTO A CODE
