I dont know what's wrong with me im only 14 but laley i have this overwhelming desire to have a kid! Is anybody else in this same sitation? Right now i am seriously thinking about having one sombody please help!

I'm your age and I've had this lately also...
I think part of it is raging adult hormones, it's makes you feel more mature and more responsible. However, the best thing you can do is wait until you are DEFINITELY mature and more responsible. If you like being around babies try some child development classes, normally they let you bring home a doll that has similarities (although most definitely vague ones) to a real baby, it cries, eats, etc.
I think once you see how hard it is just for a doll, you'll realize you want to wait for a real baby. =]

I used to feel the same way. I wanted a baby girl, so I could dress her up in pretty outfits, give her baths, and rock her to sleep. But once I started baby-sitting my nieces and nephews I SOON realized I wasn't even close enough ready to have a baby.
You are 14 years old, don't worry about babies right now. There will come a time, when you'll have the chance to have a baby... but finish school first. Having a baby is ALOT of responsibility. Even if, there are 2 parents.

When your 14 your head fills with dreams of what you would like to have, be and do when you finish growing up. Wanting a baby is natural. But you are not ready for that responsibility yet. Finish school, go to college, meet a great guy, get married and have that baby...or two or three. But honey, you want to do it the right way at the right time when you can take care of your child and give them all they deserve, two loving parents, a nice home, a good education etc....Having a baby is more than just those wonderful baby years. It's a lifetime commitment full of wonder, love, fear and worry.
I waited until I was 28 to have my first one, and I am so glad I did... I would hate to think of not having my girls now right as they are with their Dad. If I would have had kids earlier I would be alone trying to do it all myself and they would have missed so much not having the Dad that they have now. Heck they wouldn't even be who they are.... Please please wait....your time will come!!!

when i was that age i felt the same babies are cute but trust me you do not want to get one this early its alot of work that i think you are not ready for because you have a life and need to worry about school and hanging out with you friends most of the time you cant do that with a baby. try baby sitting or when you get old enough work in a day care you'll be glad when the mom comes to get the kid.

Girlfriend, look into baby sitting. You know your too young to be a parent. You can earn some money, learn more about about babies(how demanding they are) and give some poor mom a break....do you live in Cleveland? I can use a night out!

Somebody I know wants to have a baby at ur age and I told her to just babysit all da time. But she didn't listen so she had a baby and now she is going though hell.

OMG me too but im only 11! and i want a baby too. i think it mite be b/c my sister just had a baby and now i want one too! has anyone you know had a baby?
